The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department manages 11 Senior Centers along with a variety of programming.

The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department hosts the El Paso Senior Games each spring with over 350 seniors participating for ages 50 and over. The events and the opening ceremonies are always scheduled for the last Saturday of February.
Registration forms and a full schedule of events are available at any of the 11 Parks and Recreation Senior Centers. The competition will include a variety of fitness and sporting events from the City of El Paso and the borderland region.
The Senior Games Banquet is hosted each May at the conclusion of the Games to honor the outstanding athletes along with the Induction Ceremony for the Senior Games Hall of Fame. The banquet is open to the public.
