Location: Memorial Aquatic Center; 18 years and older | Ratio 60:1 The Water Fitness program can be enjoyed by both swimmers and non-swimmers alike. Exercise in the water promotes cardio respiratory fitness, endurance, strength, flexibility and muscle toning with minimal stress to the joints. Water Fitness classes can benefit those who recover from injury or who suffer from chronic medical conditions.
