El Paso residents (no commercial businesses or contractors) can dispose of trash, household hazardous waste, recyclables, and bulky items at any of the City’s five Citizen Collection Stations. These public drop-off locations help keep El Paso clean by providing convenient disposal and recycling options that complement the City’s curbside collection programs.
Collection Station Requirements
No construction or demolition material accepted (including household and commercial construction waste).
- A maximum of 5 gallons of paint and motor oil is permitted per month.
- Residents are limited to four visits per month.
- All visitors, including active-duty military personnel and veterans, must present:
- A current water bill, and
- A valid ID with an address matching the water bill.
