Curbside Recycling Collections and the Opt-In Recycling programs are resuming the week of January 19, 2021. The return of recycling collections will be phased in to allow blue bins to be collected every other week. All customers participating in the program will have their service restored by the second week in February 2021. DON’T MISS YOUR RECYCLING COLLECTION DAY! The Environmental Services Department is responsible for providing a wide range of services to the residents of El Paso. They include: garbage and curbside recycling collections, landfill operations, air quality monitoring, vector control, and code compliance enforcement among other services to help keep our community clean and beautiful.
