    • El Paso Housing Finance Corporation (HFC): HFC is dedicated to promoting local homeownership and housing opportunities.
    • Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA): TDHCA Homebuyer Programs offer flexible down payment assistance and low-interest mortgage options for first-time homebuyers. Programs such as My First Texas Home, My Choice Texas Home, and the Texas Mortgage Credit Certificate are designed to help buyers achieve homeownership.
    • Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC): TSAHC provides 30-year fixed-rate mortgage loans, down payment assistance grants, and mortgage credit certificates. Two of their most popular programs are the Homes for Texas Heroes Home Loan Program and the Home Sweet Texas Housing Loan Program.
  • HOME: The Housing Authority of El Paso provides affordable housing opportunities that support safe, decent, and stable living for low- and moderate-income families.
  • Veteran & Military Affairs: The Division of Veteran and Military Affairs serves as a liaison between the City of El Paso, Fort Bliss, and other federal, state, and local military organizations, providing guidance, coordination, and support on regional military and veteran-related issues.
  • Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid (TRLA): TRLA attorneys specialize in more than 45 practice areas, including family, employment, foreclosure, bankruptcy, subsidized housing, farmworker, civil rights, and environmental law.
  • Housing Counseling: HUD’s approved housing counseling program empowers families to obtain, sustain, and retain safe and stable housing.
