El Paso residents (no commercial businesses or contractors) can dispose of trash, household hazardous waste, recyclables, and bulky items at any of the City’s five Citizen Collection Stations. These public drop-off locations help keep El Paso clean by providing convenient disposal and recycling options that complement the City’s curbside collection programs. To access a Citizen Collection Station, citizens will need to request a pass.
