The Adopt-a-Street program invites community groups, local businesses, and individual residents to help care for and enhance El Paso’s streets. As appreciation for these cleanup efforts, the City will create and install two signs - one at each entry point of the adopted street - acknowledging participants for their dedication to the program and to the community.
