The City of El Paso has made e-filing easier by partnering with the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC) to use the proprietary Electronic Filing System for Texas Campaign Finance Reports.

With Ethics eFile you will:

• Have an enhanced filing experience.
• Not have to worry about the number of schedule pages.
• Be guided through your form ensuring you fill it out correctly.
• View past reports.
• Have the ability to save and continue filling out reports.
• Export expenditures and contributions to an Excel file.
• And more!
