The City of El Paso Department of Public Health (DPH) is celebrating National Preparedness Month by encouraging residents to prepare themselves and their loved ones in case an emergency should occur.
In celebration, the community is invited to visit the DPH Preparedness Carnival taking place at the upcoming events.
