Due to safety concerns relating to the COVID-19 pandemic the court recommends that only the Defendant appears to resolve their violation(s). Juveniles and people with disabilities may be accompanied by a legal guardian or caregiver.
Face coverings are required for entry into Court facilities. Temperature checks will be conducted at both 810 E. Overland and 9600 Dyer before entry into the El Paso Municipal Courthouses.
If you feel you may have COVID-19 symptoms or are part of the vulnerable population such as those over the age of 65, those with underlying health conditions, and those with immune systems that are compromised, please call (915) 212-0215 to speak with a court representative for alternatives regarding your scheduled hearing.
