Instead, the El Paso Fire Department with the El Paso Health Department will be providing free flu and pneumonia vaccines, blood pressure and glucose screenings and colorectal screening kits for seniors at the Dia de Los Niños, Dia de Los Libros event April 25 at Washington Park, 200 Washington St. from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
