    Installation Bike Lanes on Escondido Drive

    The City of El Paso’s Streets and Maintenance Department has scheduled a community meeting to inform the public of plans for the installation of a bike lane along Escondido Drive from Resler to Broadmoor. The project scope includes the restriping of the existing roadway to include the removal of one lane of traffic in each direction to accommodate the installation of the bike lanes along Escondido Drive.     The City of El Paso’s Capital Improvement Department has scheduled a community meeting to present the construction schedule for the Isela Rubalcava Extension project. Construction is expected to begin in October 2017.The Isela Rubalcava Extension project will extend Isela Rubalcava Boulevard from its existing terminus near Canutillo High School to Spur 16 in order to improve the traffic flow of this area.
