    El PASO, Texas – Beginning at 2:34 a.m. on Tuesday July 25, the El Paso Fire Department was dispatched to the Rio Grande River near Yarbrough when U.S. Border Patrol agents spotted a person in the river and called 9-1-1. The first unit arrived on the scene at 2:42 a.m. and the Water Rescue team was immediately dispatched to retrieve the body.
