    El Paso, Texas – At approximately 2:59 p.m. on Sunday April 19, the El Paso Fire Department was dispatched to a condition 2 fire at 333 Santa Rosa St. when some neighbors heard a pop, went outside, saw a fire and called 911. Upon arriving on the scene at 3:07 p.m., crews found fire and smoke coming from the rear and right of the home. Because the residents of the home had self-evacuated, firefighters began to attack the fire.
