CLEAR (Choosing Life: Empowerment, Action, Results!)

The CLEAR Program offers free one-on-one counseling to youth and adults (16 years and older). The evidence based program assists HIV positive or negative individuals to take charge of their lives, be proactive, set and meet goals, learn ways to problem solve and address current stressors in their lives. CLEAR helps individuals understand their feelings and learn to become assertive about protecting themselves and staying healthy.

If you are you a motivated individual or would you like to become one but don’t know how, if you have life goals and challenges that seem hard to achieve then CLEAR might be right for you.

HIV Support Group

Free therapeutic support group for HIV+ men and women who are newly diagnosed and those who have been living with HIV/AIDS for years.
All groups are professionally facilitated, discreet, and confidential. Group meets every 2nd and 4th Monday.

M-Factor

The M Factor is El Paso's premier social network for young gay and bisexual men in El Paso. The M Factor aims to reduce the the spread of HIV and STI among young gay/bi-sexual men by building positive social connections and promote safer sex practices and testing. The M Factor provides free social events and a safe space for participants to express themselves, make new friends, and get involved in our community. The M Factor is part of the Mpowerment Project.

HIV Prevention Program

The goal is to provide culturally and quality customer service to those individuals who receive HIV and syphilis tests. We provide counseling and testing services and refer to other programs as needed.
The HIV Prevention Program offers FREE confidential/anonymous HIV, testing and confidential syphilis testing during walk-in Clinics:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. at 701 Montana El Paso, TX 79902.
After-Hours Testing every 3rd Wednesday of each month 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
FREE Condoms available during Clinic hours and outreach services.
