Neighborhood Traffic Management Program

The Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) was adopted by the City of El Paso to evaluate traffic concerns  to determine appropriate traffic calming measures in residential areas. Sidewalks

Sidewalks in front of a residence or private property are to be repaired at the property owner's expense.  For all other questions including the Sidewalk Gap Program, please contact Mr. Harold Kutz with the Streets and Maintenance Department by dialing 3-1-1.
