Dear Taxpayer:  This is inform you that as of Monday, June 4, 2012, the El Paso Consolidated Tax Office has moved its operations to the Wells Fargo Plaza Building.  We are now located on the 3rd floor, Suite 300.

Should you need more information than what is provided in this website, please call (915) 541-4054, or visit our offices located in downtown El Paso, Wells Fargo Plaza, 221 N. Kansas, 3rd Floor, Suite 300. Corner of Mills & Kansas. Please use elevators # 7 & #8 (Mills entrance) to access 3rd floor.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

Parking Meters are available on Mills and Stanton.

Payments may be mailed to Tax Assessor/Collector, P.O. Box 2992, El Paso Texas 79999-2992.

Our Payment Processing Center is located in Dallas, Texas. Property Tax Statements were mailed with a self-addressed return envelope that reflects the Dallas PO Box. The Dallas PO Box is for current year tax payments only.
