This service is available to residents of the City of El Paso only.

As stated in the El Paso Municipal Code, yard sales or garage sales for disposal of used household items are permitted "provided such sales are not held more frequently than three times a calendar year on the same lot, and each time is not conducted for more than two days at a time."   

Submitting a form for post is only a request.  The City of El Paso (the city) has the option of accepting the request and may, at its sole discretion, refuse to place a posting on-line.  The city is the final authority for placing a post on-line and is not bound to justify a refusal to post.

All requests will be reviewed prior to authorizing or denying a post.  There is no guarantee, either expressed or implied as to when post will be reviewed.  Reviews normally occur during normal business hours.  This may not always be the case and there could be situations where posts are not approved before the sale takes place.  The City assumes no liability if or when this occurs.

This service is not intended for merchants, flea markets or commercial businesses who sell new or used merchandise.  The service is intended for private citizens or non-profit organizations who hold occasional garage, yard or rummage sales in accordance with the El Paso Municipal Code.  This service is also not a classified advertisement service. 

Posts will remain active until the day of the sale.  Posts will be automatically deleted after the sale date.  The city has the right to delete any and all posts before the sale date.  The city also has the right to shut this service down if it so desires. 

The city may, at its sole discretion, change the wording on any post.

Non-profit groups must provide either a valid address, phone number or email address on their post.

The city will not be a party to any communications, transactions or disputes arising from any information posted on this site.  By accepting a post, the city is not in any way connected to any sales, transactions, barters or any disputes arising there from.
