The following is a list of informal solicitations
for goods and general services estimated to cost between $5,000 and $49,999.99
offered through the Purchasing Division.
Bids may be faxed, mailed, or hand delivered to the Purchasing Division before
the due date and time state in the solicitation. Late bids will not be considered.
Bids due dates are normally scheduled at least one week from issuance. More
complex bids may require more time and urgently needed items may require a
shorter due date timeframe.
Please note that some informal construction bids are not available for download,
however you can download the Scope of Work. Plans, specifications and any amendments
must be picked up at the Construction Bid Section of the Purchasing Division.
The Purchasing Division of the El Paso Financial Services Department is located
on the 7th Floor of City Hall, #2 Civic Center Plaza, El Paso, Texas 79901.
Operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday

When e-mailing, please include the bid number, your name, your company, phone
number, and correct e-mail address.
If you download a solicitation, you will also need to download all current
amendments that may have been issued since the original bid was posted.
As part of the sign-up process for this site, you will also receive email
notifications of current city solicitations. That email will also contain
the number of amendments for each solicitation. It is the bidder's
responsibility to ensure that they have all pertinent information regarding
solicitations, including all amendments prior to submitting their offer.
