An unknown hispanic female walked into the Circle K around 515 in the morning, selected two frosty Budweiser 24 oz cans (totaling $2.98) from the cooler and asked the clerk if she would sell them to her. The clerk replied, "No. Not until 7am". The female subject then said "Thank you, sweetie." And walked out the front door. The subject then left on foot in an unknown direction.
The female was described as wearing a white Poncho looking white sweater, light blue jean caprice and white shoes. Her hair was brown-orange and pulled up in a pony tail.

An unknown hispanic male and and an unknown hispanic female walked in to the business at around 0450 Hrs. The male pretended to need the use of a black cane which he was using. The female laughed at the male as he joked around. After spending several minutes in the store, the female grabbed (2) 12 Packs of Bud Light from the display area and left the store. The male then walked behind the counter and grabbed (7) packs of cigarettes and left the store after the female. The subjects fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The hispanic male is described as being about 5\' 10"- 6\' 00", 130-140 lbs, Shaved head and dark sunglasses, LSW Dark Blue Dallas Cowboy Jersey (White Number 82), dark blue jean shorts, white tennis shoes. The subject has a rather large proboscis. (Nose)
The hispanic female is described as being about 5\' 02 - 5\' 03", 145 lbs, long dark hair, white short sleeve shirt (w/design on front), light short shorts, and dark flip flops. She is described as having teardrop tattoos on her face.

Two hispanic males entered the business and walked around for several minutes pretending to have a purpose. The 1st hispanic male unexplainably exite the store and then re-entered the store almost immediately while the other male stayed inside. The hispanic male who re-entered the business grabbed a 30 pack of Busch Beer and exited the store without paying for the beer. The second male followed the first male out of the business empty handed.
1st subject is described as a heavy set hispanic male, short dark hair, about 5\'06" - 5\'07", mustache, last seen wearing a white ball cap, red t-shirt with cut off sleeves, black shorts, white socks and black shoes.
2nd subject is described at a heavy set hispanic male, short dark hair (almost shaved), about 5\'06" - 5\'07", mustache, wearing prescription glasses, last seen wearing a light green polo type shirt with dark green collar, light colored undershirt, white shorts, white socks and black shoes.

A hispanic male walked in to the business at around 10:20 pm and grabbed (2) 20 packs of Budweiser. Instead of running out of the door, the subject waited in line behind a woman. As his turn came up at the register, he looked into the camera and asked the clerk for some cigarettes. When she turned around to get them, he then ran out of the business without paying for the beer. The subject fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The subject is described as a hispanic male with a shaved head, about 5\'06"- 5\'07", 130 lbs, LSW a gray t-shirt w/unknown print, dark blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

Officer arrived and met with Victim who stated that unknown Offenders had entered the Super Stop store located at 1130 Joe Battle, subjects appeared to be under age, victim then observed all 3 subjects make thier way to the cooler area and select several cases of beer, Victim approached the first subject and asked if he planned to pay for the items and was immediately assaulted by all 3 subjects with the cases of beer. Subjects after assaulting the victim, left the store with the listed items without paying. Witness describe subjects leaving the scene in a four door, maroon Chevy Malibu, heading towards RV drive.
