|MVRC Citizen's Advisory Board| Welcome to the Mission Valley Regional Command The Mission Valley Regional Command was officially inaugurated on February 27th, 1998. The Command Center is located at 9011 Escobar, at the intersection of Zaragoza Road, 6 blocks south of I-10. The Center’s 127 officers and its staff support provide ethical and caring community policing to a population of approximately 132,000 residents within a 32 square mile area. Within the Mission Valley Regional Command’s boundaries lie the Zaragosa International Port of Entry and the Tiqua Indian Reservation. The officers and staff at the Mission Valley Regional Command working in partnership with the residents of the Mission Valley community have enjoyed many successes for reducing the fear of crime and improving the quality of life in the area. In 2001, the Mission Valley Regional Command was awarded Regional Command of the Year. The staff of the Mission Valley Regional Command invites you to visit the center and get to know the officers and civilians who serve this very proud and vibrant community. While at the center, visit the “Wall of Honor”, which has been dedicated to the fallen officers of the El Paso Police Department.
