All employees who are required to have a license or certificate as a condition of employment shall maintain such licenses or certificates in a current status as long as their job specification requires it. Failure to maintain or obtain such license or certificate as required by the employees’ job specification shall constitute just cause for disciplinary action as described in Rule 15.
