The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department Administrative Office is now located at 801 Texas Ave. on the second floor with hours of operation Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Information - (915) 212-0092.

After hours phone number for emergency repairs. Calls will be handled by an answering service, and will then be directed to maintenance personnel.

The emergency phone number is (915) 542-3213 for use after business hours and on weekends. Non-emergencies should continue to be directed to the main number 212-0092 during regular hours.

The El Paso’s Parks and Recreation Department will have new hours of operation for Seville Recreation Center, 6700 Sambrano Ave. starting on Monday, May 2, 2016. The new hours of operation are, Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
