NOTICE OF ADOPTION

Notice is hereby given that, during a regular meeting of the City Council held on JUNE 11, 2019, the Mayor has approved and the City Council has passed the following Ordinances:

ORDINANCE 018936 An Ordinance granting Special Permit No. PZST17-00021, to allow for a Planned Residential Development Overlay on the property described as a portion of Lot 3, Block 391, Tierra Del Este Unit Sixty Nine, and a portion of Lot 4, Block 391, Tierra Del Este Unit Seventy Two and a portion of Section 37, Block 79, Township 2, Texas and Pacific Railway Company Surveys, a portion of Lot 1, Block 461, Tierra Del Este Unit Seventy Two and a portion of Lot 2, Block 461, Tierra Del Este Unit Seventy Six, and a portion of Section 37, Block 79, Township 2, Texas and Pacific Railway Company Surveys, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, pursuant to Section 20.10.470 of the El Paso City Code. The penalty being as provided in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. Subject Property: North of Pebble Hills Boulevard and East of John Hayes Street. Property Owner: Ranchos Real XVI, LLC. NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION

Pursuant to Section 3.9A of the El Paso City Charter, the following Ordinances were properly introduced at a Regular Council Meeting on JUNE 11, 2019:

1. An Ordinance annexing the following real property described as the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Block 79, Township 3, Section 3, Texas and Pacific Railway Company Surveys, El Paso County, Texas. Property Owner: Las Tierras Community Church. SUAX17-00002

2. An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to sign a Contract of Sale, Special Warranty Deed and any other documents necessary to convey 15 acres of land more or less, being described as the West 1/2 and East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 17, Block 79, Township 3, Texas and Pacific Railway Surveys, El Paso County, Texas, to the Socorro Independent School District.

3. An Ordinance amending Title 18 (Building and Construction), Chapter 18.02 (Building and Construction Administrative Code), Section 18.02.106 (Permit Fees), Subsection 18.02.106.5 (Building Permit Valuations), Subsection 18.02.106.6 (Valuation for new residential or commercial master permits) to clarify residential permit valuations and adding a new subsection 18.02.106.6.1 (Permit Fee for new residential and residential addition permits). The penalty being provided in Section 18.02.115 of the El Paso City Code.

4. An Ordinance changing the zoning of Tract 4H, Block 2, Ascarate Grant, City Of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas from M-1 to C-4. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. Subject Property: 6767 Gateway West Boulevard. Property Owner: Gateway Ventures, LLC. PZRZ19-00007

5. An Ordinance changing the zoning of Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Plat of Sierra Vista Acres, an addition to the City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas from A-2 (Apartment) to C-3 (Commercial), and imposing conditions. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. Subject Property: Northeast corner of Gateway North Blvd. & Lawrence Ave. Owner: El Paso Independent School District. PZRZ19-00004

6. An Ordinance changing the zoning of the property described as Lot 32 and the east 16 2/3 feet of Lot 31, Block 285, Pierce Finley, 1031 Arizona Ave, an addition to the City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas from A-2 (Apartment) to S-D (Special-Development), pursuant to Section 20.04.360, and approving a Detailed Site Development Plan pursuant to Section 20.04.150 and 20.10.360 of the El Paso City Code to allow for professional office as permitted in the S-D (Special-Development) zone district. 7. An Ordinance changing the zoning of Lot 11, Block 52, Milagro Hills Addition Unit Six, 9925 Alcan St., City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas from R-4 (Residential) to C-2 (Commercial), and imposing conditions. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. Subject Property: 9925 Alcan St. Owner: World of Life Ministries, Inc. PZRZ19-00008
