AL.; CAUSE NO. EP-04-CA-0420-DB IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS AND TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY ATTORNEY OR HER DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THAT AUTHORITY.
