ACTION TAKEN: POSTPONED EIGHT WEEKS THE PUBLIC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 19 (SUBDIVISIONS), APPENDIX 111 (MOUNTAIN AREA DEFINED), OF THE EL PASO CITY CODE TO DELETE A PORTION OF MOUNTAIN AREA WITHIN THE MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT AREA (MDA). THE PENALTY IS AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTION 19.42 OF THE EL PASO CITY CODE, TO DIRECT THE CITY ATTORNEY TO WORK WITH THE DEVELOPERS TO PLACE COVENANTS ON THE LAND AND TO INCLUDE IN THE ORDINANCE THE FOLLOWING THREE REVISIONS;

1) TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL TEN FEET TO THE BUFFER BETWEEN THE ROADWAY AND THE HIKE / BIKE TRAIL;
