ACTION TAKEN: TO DIRECT THE CITY MANAGER TO PURSUE A DUAL TRACK STRATEGY: NEGOTIATE WITH PROPERTY OWNERS BORDERED BY PAISANO TO THE NORTH, FIRST STREET TO THE SOUTH, SOUTH MESA TO THE EAST, AND OREGON TO THE WEST AS WELL AS NEGOTIATE WITH PROPERTY OWNERS NORTH OF THIRD STREET SO AS TO GAIN RIGHT-OF-WAY ACCESS TO PAISANO AND FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO COME BACK TO THE MASS TRANSIT BOARD WITH A RECOMMENDATION WITHIN 30 DAYS, WHILE INCLUDING THE MASS TRANSIT BOARD CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
