FOR A PROJECT KNOWN AS ''CLOSURE OF CLINT LANDFILL PERMIT 1482'' WHICH AUTHORIZES THE ENGINEER TO PROCEED WITH THE PREPARATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE CLINT LANDFILL FACILITY.
