THIS UNIT PRICED CONTRACT IS FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $357,790.00. THE RESLER CANYON EROSION CONTROL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT WAS CREATED AND FUNDED AS A RESULT OF A LEGAL AGREEMENT AS DOCUMENTED BY A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING, DATED DECEMBER 20, 2005, WHEREIN THE CITY AGREED TO PAY $347,500.00 FOR REPAIR MAINTENANCE AND/OR STABILIZATION PROJECTS LOCATED IN OR APPURTENANT TO RESLER CANYON.
