AFTER THE PUBLIC HEARINGS, COUNCIL MAY ALSO DELAY TAKING ACTION ON ORDINANCES; NO REQUIREMENT IS MADE BY SECTION 3.9B OF THE EL PASO CITY CHARTER TO PUBLISH ANY FURTHER NOTICE.
