MAKE YOUR PAYMENT:
Adults may deliver payment to the Court in one of two ways.

1. Bring your payment, with identification, in person to any Court location. The person who received the citation must be present with identification. You may NOT pay a citation for another person.
2. Mail your payment to the Court at:

PAYMENT METHODS:
El Paso Municipal Court accepts:

• Cash;
• Personal checks;
• Money orders;
• Cashier checks;
• Debit cards;
• Credit cards.

PAYMENT BY CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CASHIER'S CHECK

Make your check, money order, or cashier's check payable to City of El Paso in the full amount due. Write your ticket number on the payment along with your drivers license number and date of birth.

RETURNED CHECK FEE: A $ 30.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks

ADDRESS CHANGE:

Please identify any address change. All Court correspondence will be set to the address you provided to the officer, unless an address change has been filed with the Court.

PAYMENT BY MAJOR CREDIT CARD

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. To pay by credit card, bring your credit card with identification to any Court location. Currently we do not accept payments over the phone, but you may pay on-line. To pay online, [click here].
