The Photographic Traffic Signal Enforcement System Advisory Board was sunset on September 22, 2009, and its duties and functions
transferred to the City Plan Commission, which is located at the following website:

| Duties: The duties of the PTSES Advisory Board are limited to receiving reports of traffic engineering studies in accordance with Section 707.003(e), Texas Transportation Code, and advising City staff, as designated by the City Manager, on the installation and operation of photographic traffic signal enforcement systems in the City, as may be appropriate under state law. |
