| Duties: To hear and determine violations of El Paso City Code Chapter 18.50 pursuant to Texas Local government Code 54.043. |
| Qualifications: Regular members and alternate members must be residents of the City of El Paso. |
| Seats: 27 (18 Regular members and 9 alternate members; 2 regular members and 1 alternate each appointed by Mayor and each City Council Representative). See Ordinances 15998, 16515 and 016978. |
| Term: 2 years. Members shall serve until a qualified successor is appointed. |
