| CITY OF EL PASO PROPERTY FINANCE AUTHORITY, INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS |
| Duties: To direct the activities of the City of El Paso Property Finance Authority, Inc., which is organized for the purpose of acquiring, owning, holding, leasing and selling real or personal property to or for the benefit of the City of El Paso, Texas for and in furtherance of its public purposes. |
| Qualifications: |
| Seats: Not fewer than 3 nor more than 7 members, appointed by City Council. Initial board shall consist of 6 members, which size shall continue until changed by ordinance or resolution of the City Council. |
| Term: Two years or until his or her successor is appointed by the City Council. |
