| INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE COMMISSION |
The International Bridge Commission was sunset on September 22, 2009, and its functions and duties were transferred to the Committee
on Border Relations, which is located at the following website:
http://www.elpasotexas.gov/muni_clerk/detail.asp?id=22. The current
members of the International Bridge Commission will serve as members-at-large of the Committee on Border Relations until December 30, 2010.

| Duties: The Commission is charged with gathering information and making recommendations to the Mayor and City Council to improve matters affecting the aesthetic appearance, safety and efficient flow of people and commerce across the international bridges in El Paso. |
