| Qualifications: Members shall be residents of the City. |
| Seats: 9 Members: (1 per District, 1 by Mayor) See Ordinances: 007914, 10867, 11469, 011517, 012174 and 015108. Resolution: 12-23-91. No member shall hold any other office of honor, trust, or profit in the government of the City or the County of El Paso during that member's term of office. |
| Term: Two, 2 year Terms. Each term shall commence on the expiration date of the term of the immediate predecessor. |
