| COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STEERING COMMITTEE |
| Duties: The Steering Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council to identify community development and housing needs and to formulate recommendations for the Community Development Program of the City of El Paso. |
| Qualifications: Members must be low or moderate income (as defined by HUD regulations) or residents of Community Development eligible (low and moderate income) areas. Members must reside in the district that they represent. The Mayor's appointment must reside within the El Paso city limits. Each individual appointee will be confirmed by City Council. |
