Duties:  The City Employees Pension Fund Board of Trustees is responsible for administering the City Employees Pension Fund.
Qualifications:  The two district representatives serving on such board shall be designated by city council. The mayor shall appoint the two citizens who are not officers or employees and the retiree member. The four employees serving on such board shall be elected by a vote of the employees qualified to participate in such fund.
Seats:  9 Members: (2 City Representatives appointed by City Council; 2 Citizens appointed by Mayor; 1 Retiree appointed by Mayor; 4 City Employees by election) See Ordinances: 10527, 11275, 11330, 11593, 12084, 12085, 12257, 12729, 12774 AND 016619.
Term:  3 years for Employees, 2 years for the rest. (No term limits).
Term Limits: There shall be no limitation as to the number of consecutive terms which a person duly appointed or elected to the board may serve.
