| CITY EMPLOYEES PENSION FUND BOARD OF TRUSTEES |
| Duties: The City Employees Pension Fund Board of Trustees is responsible for administering the City Employees Pension Fund. |
| Qualifications: The two citizens of the city who are not officers or employees of the city and who have resided in the city for a period of at least two years immediately preceding their appointment, and four city employees who are qualified to participate in the fund and one retired city employee receiving pension benefits from the fund and who is a resident of the city. |
| Seats: 9 Members: (2 City Representatives appointed by City Council; 2 Citizens appointed by Mayor; 1 Retiree appointed by Mayor; 4 City Employees by election)
