| TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER 6 |
| Duties: The duties of the TIRZ No. 6 Board will include making recommendations to the Council concerning the administration, management, and operation of the zone. The board is also charged with preparing and adopting a final project plan and reinvestment financing plan for the zone, to be submitted to the City Council for its approval. |
| Qualifications: Pursuant to Section 311.009(e) Texas Tax Code to be eligible to serve on the TIRZ No. 6 board, the appointed board member must be: (1) a qualified voter of the City of El Paso, Texas or (2) be at least 18 years of age and own real property in the zone, whether or not the individual resides in the City. |
| Seats: 9 Members, each member of the Council shall nominate one member to the Board. |
| Term: 2 year terms |
