Verify Your Entry.

• Ticket numbers are eight (8) characters long. Check your ticket number.
• The officer needs sufficient time (typically 2 weeks) to file the ticket with the Courts.

Many Tickets Cannot Be Paid Online.

• Were you considered a juvenile when you received your ticket?
• Has your ticket been disposed (paid, dismissal, time served in jail, etc.)?
• Did you apply for the driving safety course via mail?
• Is the person incarcerated?
• Is this a partial payment ?
