Ms. Castillo serves as the primary point of support for the main phone line of the Mayor's office; offers back-up support to the Council offices and reception area; provides back-up support to Mayor's office for appointments, correspondence, and customer service; prepares the Mayor's newsletter; and assists in a variety of other administrative capacities.
