As Chief of Staff, Mrs. Firth offers general direction for the staff in the Mayor's Office. Coordination of all legislative issues and agendas which develop out of the Mayor's office are also handled by Mrs. Firth on local, state and federal government levels. |

Robert D. Andrade
Executive Assistant to the Mayor
Mr. Andrade serves as an economic development and international relations advisor to the Mayor, as well as provides direct coordination of the El Paso Lyceum and its respective cabinets. |

Diana Nuņez
Executive Secretary
As the main contact for administering the Mayor's schedule, Ms. Nuņez provides direct assistance to the Mayor for appointments, correspondence and customer service, in addition to providing coordination of special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Mayor's Office. |

Norma A. Castillo
Secretary
Ms. Castillo serves as the primary point of support for the main phone line of the Mayor's office, offers back-up support to the Council offices and reception area, provides back-up support to Mayor's office for appointments, correspondence, and customer service, and assists in a variety of other administrative capacities. |

Juan J. Gonzalez
Secretary
Mr. Gonzalez provides general administrative support to the staff within the Mayor's Office, in addition to serving as back-up support to the Council offices/Mayor and Council reception area and coordinating the Mayor's proclamations. |
