Teens and their families enjoyed a day of sunshine as
they tie -dyed t-shirts on the EPCC's Northwest Campus
beautiful grassy park area. The Jenna Welch and Laura
Bush Community Library Teen Hangout Kickoff party,
complete with pizza, sodas, and a cake sparked the
beginning of this years' Teen Hangout program. Sixty
young people received a white t-shirt to tie dye.
The program was created by Donna Allan, Regional
Coordinator with the "West Texas Parent Education
Network." Thanks Donna for a groovy summer afternoon!
