This is intended to be used as a reference guide for librarians and educators to select and evaluate manga books as well as works of anime for audio-visual collections.  It also contains ideas for creating and conducting programs based on a new understanding of this genre.

This database is updated daily via EBSCOhost.

This database is available as part of the TexShare Databases which are commercial database subscriptions that are paid for by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) for use by registered patrons of Texas public libraries.
