The El Paso Public Library is part of the Federal Depository
Library Program. The Government Documents Collection, are
publications published and distributed by the United States
Government Printing Office. The Library has been a selective
federal depository since 1906 and receives about 35% of all
federal documents published. Documents may be available in the
format of books, magazines, microfiche, pamphlets, maps, forms,
CD-ROMs, DVDs, and Internet sites.
The Library also has a collection of Texas state publications.
This collection is an excellent resource for many of our users.
The Library has a legal commitment to make all government
documents accessible to the public. Most documents may be
checked out. The Government Documents Collection is located on
the First Basement at the Main Library. |
