Friends of the Westside Libraries

The Bookmark, operated by the Friends of the Westside Libraries is located just down the street from the Westside Post Office at 7348 Remcon Circle.  The Bookmark is open Wednesdays from 3 - 6 pm, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9 - 3 pm and Fridays from 3 - 8 pm. Check out this large collection for bargains and treasures.

We support both the Westside Branch and the Dorris Van Doren Regional Libraries.

Currently there are over 600 members. A membership costs $5.00 annually and members receive 10% off all purchases at the Bookmark.  They are also invited to members only sales twice a year.  Forms may be filled out (name, address, telephone number) at The Bookmark for membership or a check can be mailed directly to the store at:

Donations of books and magazines are gratefully accepted during store hours at The Bookmark.  Patrons may also leave donations at the Westside or Doris Van Doren Library or contact The Bookmark at 833-2342 for assistance.

Directions for the Westside Library
     
  The Westside Branch is located at 125 Belvidere near the intersection of North Mesa and Belvidere. Coming from the east take Interstate 10 to the Resler exit. Take Resler to North Mesa. Make a left turn at North Mesa. Take N. Mesa to Belvidere (the first red light after N. Mesa and Resler). Make a right turn on Belvidere. The library is on the left on Belvidere (right in back of the Circle K at the intersection of N. Mesa and Belvidere).

Coming from the west take Interstate 10 to the N. Mesa exit. Make a left turn on North Mesa. Make a left turn on Belvidere. The library is on the left directly behind the Circle K at the intersection of N. Mesa and Belvidere.
