Groundbreaking Ceremony
- March 30, 2005 |
The Groundbreaking Ceremony took place on Wednesday, March 30,
2005 at 12480 Pebble Hills,
at 1:00 pm. The
project is being funded through the Quality of Life bond election
passed by El Paso voters in 2000.
The new state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. facility will include
special areas for teens and children, an outside reading deck with
views of Tierra del Este Park and a modern 25 station computer lab.
