January - A “Book Blitz Month” display in the
children’s section, a gardening display in the large display
case and a “National Personal Self-Defense Awareness Month”
display in the small case.
February - A “Valentine’s Day” display in the
children’s section, a “Library Lover’s Month” display in the
large display case and an “American Heart Month” display in
the small case.
March - A “Music in our Schools Month” display in the
children’s section, a “Women’s History Month” display in the
large display case and a “Parenting Awareness Month” display

All minors must have a parental consent form signed by a parent

obtained at all public libraries. Parents or legal guardians
must bring proof of identification.

at the end of the playground.
From the West:
Take I-10 East to the Paisano Exit, go straight through the lights to
Paisano, Paisano will take you downtown to Kansas St., turn right on Kansas,
go south to 7th Ave., Turn left on 7th Ave., go east 1 block, and we are at
the end of the playground.
OR
Take I-10 East to the Downtown Exit, turn right on Kansas, go south past
Paisano St. to 7th Ave., turn left on 7th Ave. and go east 1 block. We are

From Northeast:
Take the North/South Patriot Freeway to I-10 West Exit, go west to the
downtown exit, turn left on Kansas, go south past Paisano St. to 7th Ave.,
turn left on 7th Ave. and go east 1 block. We are at the end of the

Take the North/South Patriot Freeway to the Border Freeway (Junction 375
West), go downtown to Campbell St., take a right on Campbell and go north 3
