| Below are our
instructions on how to request and item in our online catalog. |
| You can also
select the |

button in the
upper right corner of |

| the catalog screen.

From any of the
library's web pages select |
from the menu on the
left. |

You will then see the
following web page.
This is our online catalog and where you can
search for a book or access your account. |

To
request the item, select the |
 |
button |
|
| DO NOT
select the Request Copy option. |

|
|
|
|
|
After selecting
Request Item, you
will see the screen below. |

|
|
|
Log-in to your account by entering your
Borrower ID
and PIN Number.
If you do not have a PIN number,
find out
how to get one here.
The Borrower ID is the number on the back of your library card.
It starts with the letters EPPL and is followed by a series of
numbers
that may include a letter/character on the end.
You must enter the entire number as shown below.
Please note:
Your browser window may
not show the
Borrower ID
when you enter it. You may see *****************
instead. This is normal.
Next, enter your
PIN Number and
select the Login button. |

The
Request Confirmation
screen will appear after you are logged in. |

|
|
Select the location
where you want to pick up the item
and add any comment you want to make in the Comment box. |

|
|
|
|
You
will see the screen below after your request has been placed. |

 |

|
|
|
To see a list of your requests you
must log-on to your account (My Account).
Select Holds
or Holds Requests
to view the items you have requested. |
|
 |
|
|
|
|
When you are finished with your
session, please remember to Logout. |
