Libraries are Now Hot!

Two El Paso Public Library facilities now have free wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi). The Main Library located downtown at 501 N Oregon and the Judge Marquez Branch Library located at 610 N Yarbrough have been upgraded to provide wireless Internet service to the public free of charge at speeds of up to 54mbps.

 Patrons who visit those facilities will simply need to select the Digital El Paso wireless network and agree to the terms set forth on the authentication page. Main and Judge Marquez now join Armijo and Memorial Park as EPPL facilities with WiFi access.

This is the first phase of a library wireless project that will bring wireless Internet access to all Public Library facilities in the future.
