Join us at the El Paso Public Library for the fourth annual Celebrate the Arts.  Meet authors from El Paso and Las Cruces who write fiction and nonfiction books for children and adults.  Meet visual artists of unique photography, oil paintings, basket weaving, panoramas of El Paso, jewelry, and hand-woven art.  Participants include:  LC Hayden, Donna Munch, The Three Amigos, Maritza Jauregui, LB McKay, Oscar Moya, and many more.

Write a poem for a loved one, and buy one of a kind Mother’s Day gifts.  We will also sell used books and have readings and art demonstrations, as well as kids’ activities. 

The El Paso Writers’ League has been encouraging, inspiring, and supporting writers since 1935.  We are a diverse group of published and unpublished writers.  Once a month our meetings consist of writing workshops and guest speakers.  We encourage members to join critique groups.  We sponsor three annual public events: Junior Jotters (a writing camp for school age children), a writing contest for League members, and Celebrate the Arts.
