Parking Options for Visiting the Main (Downtown) Library and Museum of History at Cleveland Square
The El Paso Public Library does not have a parking lot/structure.

However, there are many parking options:
There are 131 metered parking spaces within a block of Cleveland Square.
Most meters are good for two hours at $.25 for 20 minutes ($.75 for one hour).
The meters will only take quarters.
Free parking is available on the street after 6:00 pm and all day on Sundays and at City Hall evenings and weekends.
Dedicated parking for the disabled is available on the west side of Oregon Street by the old Library entrance.  This door will be available for disabled patrons ONLY.  Please ring the buzzer during normal library hours and staff will come and open the door for you.  (Note: The disabled can park wherever there is an available meter and are exempt from any fees or penalties.)
