Celebrate POTTERPALOOZA @ the Library

The El Paso Public Library is hosting several fun events to ring in the new Harry Potter book by author J. K. Rowling. Midnight’s alright for reading the new Potter book especially at the Dorris Van Doren and Main Libraries, both of which will remain open until midnight on July 20, 2007 in order to distribute the new book first. At midnight those who win a lottery will be among the first to check out the new book.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows pre-release party.  We will be showing the movie Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, having a trivia contest, and raffling off chances to be the first to check-out our copies of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (must be present to win). Refreshments will be served and fun will be had!
